Baby Sleep Help in Ireland
UK-trained sleep consultant supporting Irish families via WhatsApp
Specialist baby sleep support can be hard to find in Ireland. We bring it straight to your phone.
Whether your baby won't settle at night, naps are a disaster, or you're stuck in a cycle of feeding to sleep and don't know how to change it, we can help. Our UK-trained consultant creates a personalised sleep plan for your baby and supports you through it daily via WhatsApp.
Ireland and the UK share the same time zone, so our support hours (6:30am–9pm, 7 days a week) give you full coverage right through bedtime. Same language, same terminology, same evidence-based guidelines. The only difference is you don't need to leave your house.
Find sleep help in your city
Dublin
Dublin parents are often juggling long commutes, creche drop-offs, and the sheer cost of childcare in the capital. When your baby isn't sleeping, everything feels harder. We work with families across Drumcondra, Rathmines, Clontarf, Malahide and beyond. Our WhatsApp-based service means you get the same daily support as UK families, with no need to travel across the city for appointments. Same terminology, same evidence-based approach, just delivered straight to your phone.

Cork
Cork has a brilliant community of young families, but that doesn't always mean easy access to specialist sleep support. Many parents here have tried the apps and the books without success. Our WhatsApp service brings UK-trained expertise directly to you, whether you're in the city centre, Douglas, Ballincollig or out towards Midleton. Irish families use the same sleep language as UK families, so there's no translation needed.

Galway
Galway's tight-knit community means well-meaning advice from every direction, which can leave parents more confused than before. We cut through the noise with a clear, personalised plan built for your baby. Whether you're in Salthill, Knocknacarra, or the wider Galway area, our remote WhatsApp service means distance is never a barrier. You get daily check-ins and real-time adjustments, the same as every family we work with.

Limerick
Limerick families often find that local options for specialist baby sleep support are limited. Our remote service changes that. You get a UK-trained consultant on WhatsApp every day of your package, creating and adjusting a plan that fits your household. We support families across Limerick city, Castletroy, Dooradoyle, and the surrounding areas. No waiting lists, no clinic visits, just practical daily guidance.

Waterford
Waterford and the south-east have fewer specialist baby services than the bigger cities, which means parents here often feel they have nowhere to turn. That's exactly why our WhatsApp-based service works so well. You get the same personalised plan and daily support as families in Dublin or London. Covering Waterford city, Tramore, Dungarvan, and across the south-east.

Common questions
Can I use a UK sleep consultant from Ireland?
Absolutely. Our service is fully remote via WhatsApp, so it works exactly the same for Irish families as it does for UK ones. Same daily check-ins, same personalised plans, same support hours. Many of our Irish families say it actually suits them better than in-person appointments because there's no travel involved.
Do I pay in euro or pounds?
Packages are priced in GBP (£250 for 2 weeks, £350 for 4 weeks). Your bank will convert at the current exchange rate. Payment is secure and online.
What are your support hours in Irish time?
Our support hours are 6:30am–9pm UK time, which is the same as Irish time (Ireland and the UK share the same time zone year-round, including during daylight saving). So you get full coverage through bedtime and beyond.
Is your advice relevant for Irish families?
Yes. Irish and UK families use the same terminology (cot, dummy, health visitor) and follow very similar safe sleep guidelines. The HSE and NHS recommendations are closely aligned. Our evidence-based approach works just as well for families in Dublin as it does in London.
How quickly will I see results?
Every baby is different, but most families see meaningful improvement within the first week or two. Because we adjust the plan daily based on how your baby responds, we can usually find what works for your family.
