Tiny Sleepers provides personalised, one-to-one baby sleep support via WhatsApp. We create a bespoke sleep plan for your baby, then support you through it with daily check-ins — so you're never doing it alone. Support hours: 6:30am–9pm, 7 days a week (same time zone as Ireland).

Common questions
Do I need to be in Cork for the consultations?
No. Our service is fully remote via WhatsApp. We support families across Cork, Cobh, Kinsale and the rest of Ireland. You get the same personalised daily support wherever you are.
Are you based in Ireland?
We're UK-based, but Ireland and the UK share the same time zone. Our support hours (6:30am–9pm, 7 days a week) give you full coverage right through bedtime. No time difference to worry about.
Is your approach suitable for Irish families?
Yes. Irish and UK families use the same terminology and follow very similar guidelines. The HSE and NHS recommendations are closely aligned. We follow the Lullaby Trust safe sleep guidelines, which are the gold standard across both countries.
How quickly will I see results?
Every baby is different, but most families see meaningful improvement within the first week or two. Because we adjust the plan daily based on how your baby responds, we can usually find what works for your family.
What are your prices?
The 2-week package is £250 (approx €290) and the 4-week package is £350 (approx €410). Payment is in GBP via secure online payment. Both packages include a bespoke sleep plan and daily WhatsApp support.
