Our approach
Not cry-it-out
We offer a spectrum of gentle methods. You choose what feels right — we never push a single approach.
No judgement. Ever.
Co-sleeping, feeding to sleep, using a dummy — we meet you where you are. No shame.
Built for YOUR baby
Every plan is created from scratch based on your baby's age, temperament, and your family's situation.
We adjust daily
This isn't a static PDF. We check in every day and change the plan based on how things are going.

Do you use cry-it-out?
No. We offer a spectrum of gentle methods — from very gradual to more structured — and work with you to find an approach that matches your comfort level. You're always in control of what feels right for your family.
What if it doesn't work?
If you've followed the plan consistently and aren't seeing improvement, we'll adjust the approach. Sleep isn't one-size-fits-all, and we'll keep working until we find what works for your baby. That's the whole point of daily support — we adapt in real time.
What if my baby has reflux or a medical condition?
We're sleep consultants, not medical professionals. If something sounds medical — reflux, tongue-tie, allergies — we'll always recommend speaking with your GP first. We can work alongside medical care to address the sleep side of things.
Can I pause or extend my package?
Life happens — if your baby is unwell or you need a break, we can pause and resume. Returning clients can add extra weeks at a reduced rate of £90/week.
What are the support hours?
6:30am–9pm, 7 days a week. You can message any time — we'll reply during support hours. If your baby wakes at 2am, message us what happened and we'll respond first thing with adjusted guidance.
How quickly will I see results?
Every baby is different, but most families see meaningful improvement within the first week or two. It depends on the specific challenges, your baby's age, and the approach we use together. We adjust the plan daily based on how your baby responds.
Is this safe for my baby?
Absolutely. All advice follows Lullaby Trust and NHS safe sleep guidelines. We never recommend anything that compromises your baby's safety. We're also professionally insured.
What's the difference between the course and 1:1 support?
The course (£67) teaches you the methods and schedules for your baby's age group — you apply them yourself. 1:1 support gives you a plan built specifically for YOUR baby, with a consultant checking in every single day and adjusting as you go. Think of the course as the textbook, and 1:1 as the personal tutor.
