You're reading this because your baby isn't sleeping — and you're exhausted.
Night waking, short naps, 45-minute bedtime battles, early mornings. You've tried the apps, read the books, followed the health visitor's advice. Nothing's sticking. You just want someone to tell you exactly what to do for YOUR baby — and support you through it.
North Wales families in Bangor, Anglesey, and Gwynedd can access expert sleep support without travelling to Cardiff or Liverpool. Our fully remote WhatsApp service means your location never limits the quality of help you receive.
Tiny Sleepers provides personalised, one-to-one baby sleep support via WhatsApp. We create a bespoke sleep plan for your baby, then support you through it with daily check-ins — so you're never doing it alone.
Our approach
Not cry-it-out. We offer a spectrum of gentle methods and find the one that matches your comfort level. You're always in control.
No judgement. Ever. Co-sleeping, feeding to sleep, using a dummy — we meet you where you are. No shame, no guilt.
Your baby is different — we know. That's why every plan is built from scratch for your specific baby, not a template from a book.
Medical-aware. If something sounds like reflux, tongue-tie, or another medical issue, we'll refer you to your GP. We stay in our lane.
How it works
Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us about your baby — age, sleep situation, what you've tried. We'll reply the same day within support hours, 6:30am to 9pm. No commitment.
We create your bespoke plan
You'll complete a detailed intake form. We use it to build a personalised sleep plan covering nights, naps, routines, and environment.
Daily WhatsApp support
Every day of your package, we check in, review how the night went, and adjust the plan. Support hours: 6:30am–9pm, 7 days a week.
Better sleep
Most families see meaningful improvement within the first week or two. We keep adjusting until your baby's sleep is where you want it.
What you actually get
- Plans that follow NHS and Lullaby Trust safer-sleep guidance — and a straight answer when something needs your GP or health visitor instead.
- A plan written in plain English for your baby's age, feeding and routine. Not a generic PDF.
- Same-day WhatsApp replies between 6:30am and 9pm, seven days a week, while you're actually doing it.
We're a new service, so we don't publish reviews we haven't earned yet.

Common questions
Do I need to be in Bangor for the consultations?
No — our service is fully remote via WhatsApp. We support families across Bangor, Caernarfon, Bethesda and the rest of the UK. You get the same personalised daily support wherever you are.
What ages do you work with?
We work with babies and toddlers from newborn up to around 3 years old. Our approach is adapted to your child's age and developmental stage — what works for a 4-month-old is very different to what works for an 18-month-old.
Is your approach gentle? Do you use cry-it-out?
We offer a spectrum of gentle methods and help you find the one that matches your comfort level. We never recommend leaving your baby to cry without support. You're always in control of the approach.
Do you support Welsh-speaking families?
Our primary support is in English, but we're happy to work with bilingual families and accommodate any preferences around communication. The sleep plan and daily check-ins are delivered via WhatsApp in English.
How does your service compare to the NHS Wales health visiting pathway?
We complement NHS Wales support — we don't replace it. Health visitors provide essential medical oversight, while we offer daily, personalised sleep guidance that goes much deeper than a standard appointment allows. Many of our Welsh families use both.
How quickly will I see results?
Every baby is different, but most families see meaningful improvement within the first week or two. Because we adjust the plan daily based on how your baby responds, we can usually find what works for your family.
What's included in the packages?
Every package includes a bespoke sleep plan built specifically for your baby, plus daily WhatsApp check-ins where we review how things went and adjust the plan. Support hours are 6:30am–9pm, 7 days a week. The 2-week package is £400 and the 4-week package is £520.
