Why WhatsApp?
Because sleep problems don't happen during office hours. When your baby is screaming at 2am, you need support from your phone — not a scheduled video call next Thursday.

Common questions
How does WhatsApp consulting work?
After you book, you'll complete an intake questionnaire and sleep diary. We'll create a personalised sleep plan and send it via WhatsApp. Then you'll have daily support during our support hours (6.30am-9pm, 7 days a week) for the duration of your package.
What ages do you support?
We support families with babies and toddlers from newborn to 24 months. Our approach is tailored to each age group — what works for a 4-month-old is very different from what works for an 18-month-old.
Do you use cry-it-out?
No. We offer a spectrum of gentle methods and work with you to find an approach that matches your comfort level. We never push any single method — every family is different.
How quickly will I see results?
Most families see meaningful improvement within the first 3-5 nights. Some see changes on night one. It depends on the specific challenges, your baby's age, and the approach we use together.
What if it doesn't work?
If you've followed the plan consistently and aren't seeing improvement, we'll adjust the approach. Sleep isn't one-size-fits-all, and we'll keep working until we find what works for your baby.
Is my information private?
Absolutely. All conversations are confidential. We never share client information or screenshots without explicit written consent. We comply fully with UK GDPR.
Do I need a referral from my health visitor?
No referral needed. We're a private sleep consulting service. However, if we suspect any underlying medical issue, we'll always recommend speaking with your GP or health visitor first.
What's the difference between the course and 1:1 support?
The course teaches you the 'how' — step-by-step methods and schedules for your baby's age group. 1:1 support gives you the 'personalised' — a plan built specifically for your baby, with daily guidance and adjustments.
